PSP Homebrew Developer “matchung” is issuing a translated version in English of CTFTool GUI originally developed by patpat program that allows you to create your very own themes compatible with CXMB directly from your computer . It then extract the files from a CTF already created. This program is updated to the creation of themes that are consistent with the CFW 5.50 GEN.

To find these files, you must use the PSARDumper and extract them from their firmware.
