I have never used HEN, But according to what one user said, It seem you have to load it everytime you start your PSP.
Hen was develop for those PSP that could not have a PSP CFW install permanently like other PSP . SO in order for you to run hen on your PSP, You have to load it into your PSP memory card to help boot up.
Remember not to update your official PSP Firmware otherwise you will not be able to run HEN anymore .
I may be wrong, But if I’m , Then someone will provide you with the correct information about Hen .
