This new CFW 5.03 MOD will let users able to run their latest PSP Game title on their PSP CFW 5.03 that require firmware 6.20 in order to run . 1. Install and run ChichHEN (or MHUSpeed)
2. Install CF 5.3 GEN-C
3. Extract the archive file 5.3 Prometheus PSP / GAME
4. Start the installer 3.5 Prometheus
5. Install the 5.3 Prometheus pressing (X)

PSP CFW 5.03 Gen-B has been release again by team PSPGen . This new PSP Custom Firmware now offer Hen compatibility for PSP 3000 Model and offer game support for ISO and CSO that require Firmware 5.55 and up in order to work .

We’ve tried everything and what works in 5.50GEN-D2 has not worked in the 5.03GEN-B. Pity …

* The Recovery mode menu is “mixed”

The RECOVERY MODE 5.02GEN-A has been patched to run on the PSP-3000. It can change the most usual options but we encounter some problems with this VSH Recovery in and we have not managed to fix it. In fact, the menu sees some of his lines not properly allocated and others who do not work. Custom Firmware 5.03GEN-B for HEN has been release by PSP Custom Firmware Developer PSPGen and the Team. This PSP Custom firmware 5.03 Gen-B will now be compatible with Hen and give users compatibility for ISO and CSO games that require PSP Official Firmware 5.55 and Up. The new version will always be compatible with the firmrware Official 5.03 and still offer all the benefits of 5.02GEN-A, but it will, in addition, compatibility with all games normally for firmwares 5.55 and above. Of course, it also lets pass protected games like Evangelion, Full Metal Alchemist and other securities of equal protection.

Custom Firmware Enabler 1.0 para 5.03 ChickHen por Xenogears y Becus25.

¿Qué Es?
Es un programa que activa las funciones del custom firmware M33 usando el ChickHen.

¿Qué necesito?
- Una PSP Slim (Solo funciona con Slim, indiferentemente de la placa que tengas)
- Versión del Firmware 5.03.
- ChickHen R2 (como mínimo)

Compatibilidad:
- Las funciones son las mismas que tiene el 5.00 M33, todas funcionan excepto:
- Recovery (Se prevee que quizá se cree una alternativa por homebrew para poder configurar el CFW)
- Pops (Juegos PSX)

Instalación:

- Copia la carpeta CFWEnabler a tu psp, en X:/PSP/GAME/

Para que quede así: X:/PSP/GAME/CFWEnabler/EBOOT.PBP

Modo de Uso:

Inicia el ChickHen desde el apartado Foto. Después, inicia el homebrew llamado “CFW Loader for ChickHEN”.
La primera vez necesitas instalar los módulos del CFW en la memória flash con la opción Círculo (No sobreescribe, simplemente añade módulos, es un proceso seguro.)
Después, pulsa X para iniciar el CFW.
¡Ya estás en un CFW!

FAQ:

- ¿Puedo cargar isos? – Sí, sí que puedes.
- ¿Da igual que mi PSP Slim tenga la placa maldita? – Sí, da igual.
- ¿Funciona con mi PSP3000? – No, no funciona, al menos de momento.
- ¿Puede romper mi consola? – Es cierto que escribe unos archivos en la memoria interna, pero no sobrescribe nada, así que no es problemático.
- ¿Cuando apague la consola tengo que repetir el procedimiento? – Sí, tienes que repetirlo, pero no tienes que flashear los módulos cada vez.
- ¿Y no se puede evitar tanto procedimiento? – Se podría evitar si se pudiese hacer un IPL compatible, de ahi que se necesite la información del PreIPL.
- ¿Se prevee que en un futuro se solventen los problemas actuales? – Es posible, pero no se asegura nada.
- ¿Se prevee que en un futuro sea compatible con PSP3000? – Es posible que se intente, pero no se asegura nada.
- ¿Funciona el SDK del M33? – Sí, funciona.
